Therapy Sessions

Payments

  • All payments are to be made 100% in advance of the start of the counselling session.
  • All applicable payments should be made prior to availing Nestle and Nurture services.
  • The user’s session booking(s) will not be confirmed till the payment is received by Nestle and Nurture.
  • If you are accessing our services through a third-party or your organisation, beyond any sessions that might be offered to you as part of Nestle and Nurture’s association with your organisation, the user’s session booking(s) will not be confirmed till the payment is received by Nestle and Nurture.
  • All purchases expire one year from the date of purchase.

Fee Information

  • For individual users, the fee per session is dependent on the type of counselling selected.
  • For users who are accessing sessions through their organisation, beyond their included sessions, the fee per session is dependent on the selected psychological wellness expert and specific arrangements with their organisation.
  • Please note, the session(s) fee for Non-Resident Indians (NRI) may vary.

Cancellation, Reschedule and Refund

Nestle and Nurture is dedicated to delivering superior online psychological services, prioritising user satisfaction above all. To uphold this commitment, our cancellation and refund policy is designed with utmost flexibility, ensuring a seamless experience for our users. The user has the flexibility to

  • Cancel the session
  • Reschedule the session

Cancellation Policy by Nestle and Nurture

  • In case of cancellation by the Practitioner, or in the event, the Practitioner with whom User has booked a paid session via Nestle and Nurture Platform, has not been able to meet the User, the User will need to write to us at hello@nestleandnurture.co.in within five (5) days from the occurrence of such an event; in which case, 100% fee paid for the session shall be refunded to the User within the next six (6) business days in the original mode of payment done by the User while booking, or alternatively, the Practitioner shall adjust the fee paid towards a rescheduled session, as agreed to between the parties.
  • To cancel or reschedule a session the User shall do so by writing an email at at (hello@nestleandnurture.co.in), any notification or communication beyond office hours (10am to 7pm) shall be treated to be made the subsequent day.
  • If the customer is a no-show for the session, then also the entire advance paid is forfeited.
  • The Client may avoid a cancellation or no‐show fee if the Parties are able to reschedule within the same week as dictated by the Practitioner schedule and availability.

Session Reschedule

At Nestle and Nurture, users have the option to reschedule their sessions for a later time, providing them with the flexibility they need. Rescheduling requests will be handled based on the timing of the user’s request in relation to the scheduled session time, as outlined in the table below.

Session Delayed/Technical Issues

If, due to an unforeseeable reason from the platform’s end, a booked session is not completed in its entirety by the expert, the user may write to Nestle and Nurture at hello@nestleandnurture.co.in . Refunds will be handled on a case-to-case basis.
