We prioritise the confidentiality of our clients. We only disclose client details in situations where there are concerns about self-harm. Otherwise, all client information, including identity, remains strictly confidential and undisclosed to anyone.

However, we’re flexible and open to discussing your preferred session frequency during our sessions.
We tackle couples’ online therapy using a dual approach. Initially, we conduct individual online therapy sessions with each partner to delve into their unique perspectives. Subsequently, we transition to online couple therapy sessions where we merge these insights to illuminate the dynamics of their relationship and address their concerns. These couple sessions are conducted via video calls.
