I am the founder of and lead counselling psychologist at Nestle and Nurture. I am a nationally certified counselling psychologist with over 5 years of experience as a counsellor and educator. I have vast experience of working across schools, hospitals, government agencies and NGOs as well as running my private practice.
Delving into the world of psychology has been like unlocking a treasure chest of self-discovery for me. As I navigated through my own ups and downs, I felt a strong pull to guide others through their mental health adventures too. It’s a joy to dive into the diverse stories and experiences of those I meet along the way!
At Nestle and Nurture, our vision is to revolutionise mental health care by providing accessible, affordable, and compassionate online therapy to individuals worldwide.
We envision a future where geography and stigma no longer stand in the way of people seeking the support and guidance they need to live happier, healthier lives.
With the intent to cultivate a non-judgmental, empathetic and collaborative environment, we aim to co-create spaces for self exploration, learning and unlearning to help our clients grow in their journey with comfort, care and compassion.
I have completed my Graduation & Post-Graduation in Psychology from University of Delhi. Additionally, I have done my specialisation in Counselling and Guidance from NCERT. I have also been trained as a QPR-certified Suicide Prevention Gatekeeper.
I practise with a client-centred & integrative lens using a blend of diverse therapeutic interventions to cater to each client’s unique needs in a holistic manner.
We’re all about making therapy not just cool, accessible, and totally judgement-free but also packed with empathy and understanding. Because life is too short for anything less, right? So, whether you’re navigating tough times or just need a little extra support, we’ve got your back.
Let’s dive into this journey together and make some magic happen!
